Laura Provenzale PGP Board Member

Laura Provenzale is an active board member and a seasoned senior investment banker with extensive experience advising and executing transactions for leading consumer and retail sector companies in the restaurant, consumer products, and omni-channel retail sectors.

Laura has advised “best-of-breed” companies and entrepreneurs on nearly $20 billion mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt capital-raising transactions in the public and private markets. Some of her clients include high-growth global brands such as Estee Lauder, Shake Shack, Clorox, The Newman’s Own Foundation, Bloomin’ Brands, Stumptown Coffee, Dave & Buster’s, and many others.

Since beginning her investment banking career at JPMorgan, she has had the privilege to work at both global bulge bracket and middle-market growth-focused firms such as Banc of America Securities, WR Hambrecht, Raymond James, William Blair and North Point Advisors.

As a Managing Director in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group and Head of the Restaurant Practice at William Blair, Laura established the firm as a leading equity underwriter with an unparalleled 70+ percent market share for restaurant sector public equity offerings, in addition to executing transactions across the consumer sector. She was named Partner of the firm after just one year and was appointed to the William Blair Audit Committee a year later.

Laura is currently a Managing Director at North Point Advisors, a leading investment bank and M&A advisory firm based in San Francisco.
