Steve brings 23 years of real estate expertise to the PGP team. With a background in site selection, demographic studies and market planning across the US, his role is to help franchisees identify successful, high-volume sites aimed at maximizing franchisee profitability. He also works closely with brokers on a national level to ensure PGP’s family of brands are represented in local markets across the U.S.
Steve is an experienced director of real estate with a demonstrated history in the restaurant and financial service industries. Skilled in negotiation, retail site selection, sales, working with landlords, and dispositions, he’s helped a number of renowned brands achieve and exceed their growth goals.
He had already proven his mettle with brands like Axcess Financial, TMX Finance, Check ‘n Go and TitleMax before landing in his most recent role as Marco’s Pizza’s Director of Real Estate. There, he helped lead Marco’s growth from 167 units to 900+ units.
When it comes to his work for PGP, Steve is looking to the future.
