Kyle Inserra,

Kyle Inserra, VP of Real Estate, has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, both as an operator and a commercial real estate advisor, with a palpable passion for helping concepts grow.  

In his role at Pivotal Growth Partners, Kyle leads corporate and franchise real estate strategy and deal flow for all of PGP partner brands, and is responsible for Retail Analytics, Geographical Systems (GIS), financial analysis, market planning and site selection, market development, and real estate optimization. 

Kyle maintains a focus on execution of real estate strategy through technology platforms to inform the strategic planning for a range of retail-related projects and initiatives, including growth strategy, competitive analysis, market planning and strategic initiatives, engaging directly with senior key internal and external stakeholders / franchisees. 

Kyle’s core competencies include developing and executing strategies to drive growth, optimizing real estate selection and negotiation, enhancing brand identity and awareness, leveraging digital marketing and technology solutions, and improving guest experience and retention. Throughout his career, he has worked with a variety of concepts, from fine dining establishments to quick-service venues, and has a proven track record of success in expanding footprints, increasing digital visibility, and boosting profitability.

Kyle is also a content creator and sought-after speaker, sharing his insights and expertise with industry organizations and at conferences nationwide. He hosts two podcasts, Closed Monday and Commercial Real Estate School, where he interviews restaurant entrepreneurs and industry thought leaders weekly. Kyle lives in Greenwich, CT with his wife Leslie, daughter Juliana, son Luca and French Bulldog Taco.
