Director of Franchise Recruitment and Development

The Director of Franchise Recruitment and Development will serve as the initial point of contact for franchise prospects across multiple brands within the Pivotal Growth Partners Portfolio. His / Her primary responsibility will include management of the sales process from recruitment through contract signing. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited, to those listed below.

In addition, the Director of Franchise Recruitment and Development may take on multiple responsibilities on as a needed basis or wear multiple hats to get the job done within Pivotal Growth Partner’s consultant business model.

  • Serve as brand ambassador for multiple brands within the PGP Portfolio
  • Manage recruitment efforts for multiple brands within the PGP Portfolio including tradeshow planning, lead campaigns and franchise messaging
  • Identify recruitment tactics to build awareness in respective territories for the brands represented
  • Monitor sales pipeline and identify trends to tailor recruitment tactics to findings
  • Serve as initial contact for prospects for multiple brands within the PGP Portfolio
  • Shepard franchise prospects through the sales process beginning with initial solicitation through contract signing
  • Coordination of monthly Discovery Days for multiple brands within the PGP Portfolio
  • Execute monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports
  • Create, manage and distribute weekly sales pipeline reports for internal and client review
  • Manage and execute all franchise documentation and log into Fran Connect CRM systems for each client
Education, Skills and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing preferred
  • Minimum 5 years Prior Franchise Development Experience required; experience with emerging brands in the QSR/Retail Industry preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Fran Connect Franchise Software
  • Must be able to speak passionately and knowledgeably about all brands across the PGP portfolio
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral
  • Ethical and professional with an ability to influence others, identity and overcome objections
  • Competitive and driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve
  • Must be able to spend 90% of the workday in front of a computer or on the phone with an ability to travel as required
