Justin Baloun,
Strategic Franchise Recruitment Partner

An intuitive sense of style, an innate knack for processes, and an insane drive for perfection have guided Justin’s award-winning marketing career and kickstarted his journey into entrepreneurship.

Maybe it’s the red beard or the fact that he’s a southpaw, but Justin possesses the unique ability to use both his right and left brain with complete fluency. In a matter of minutes, he can shift gears from analytically diagnosing backend website issues to artistically creating beautiful, spot-on marketing solutions.

Perhaps the most profound impact Justin has made was in the world of franchise marketing. Spending more than six years with renowned franchise firm, Greenbaum Marketing, Justin learned the nuances of franchise recruitment marketing – both online and offline. Clients came to appreciate his no-nonsense style and ability to cut through the clutter to explain what he intended to deliver and then do exactly that – on-time and on-budget – every time.

Bringing his talents together, Justin founded Wheat Creative, a small but mighty franchise marketing agency based in Las Vegas, where he and his team worked with some of the country’s top franchises to drive brand growth with cohesive campaigns and unforgettable collateral. Soon after earning a coveted three-peat appearance on Entrepreneur’s Top Franchise Supplier list, Wheat Creative was acquired, making Justin’s goal a reality.

Today, Justin lends his marketing expertise to Pivotal Growth Partners, furthering his reach and impact on the worlds of franchising and entrepreneurship.
