There’s a gap in the franchise development market and Pivotal Growth Partners has formed the dream team to fill it. With decades of franchise growth experience and an envy-worthy network of developer partners, we are able to identify growth potential that is all too often overlooked. But, not this time! We have a keen eye for emerging brands that possess untapped growth potential.

With a proven process, PGP is committed to employing individuals with an equally trustworthy track record and commitment to process and strategy. Kanan Pandya is someone who fits right in. Kanan loves what she does and we love having her on our team. Once you read the interview below, you’ll have a better understanding of what an amazing individual she is and all the benefits that come along with having her on your franchise’s side.

Pivotal Growth Partners: What excites you the most about your role at PGP?

Kanan Pandya: I can’t narrow it down to one, single thing. There are so many positives about being a part of the PGP team. I feel privileged to work with amazing brands such as Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, Balance Grille and our Franchising for Heroes program. I am eager to expand my skills and to spearhead projects that are going to put PGP front and center. Learning from my peers and growing alongside my clients makes this job so rewarding. It’s true what they say: the people make the place and PGP is an amazing place to be.

PGP:  Can you tell us a bit more about how you spend your time at PGP.

Kanan Pandya:  All things franchise recruitment for current PGP clients will cross my desk.  At any given time, you can find me planning and coordinating trade shows, making updates to website and recruitment marketing material, coordinating social and press drafts and edits, and drafting award submissions.  Additionally, I support our PGP team with franchise administration and record management to process franchise agreements post-signing while preparing franchisees for onboarding.   I also help with all things PGP regarding social media.

PGP: Can you tell us about some of your former work experience?

KP: Prior to joining the PGP team, I worked exclusively with Marco’s Pizza at the Area Representative level in Atlanta, GA to provide in-market support to franchisees. Over the span of five years, I helped to open more than 40 new stores. I also worked with our 13 company stores to set up local store marketing (LSM) opportunities, traditional advertising campaigns, and outside marketing events. I divided my time between Marco’s Area Representative marketing team and being out in the field with franchisees. It was a busy but rewarding experience – and I have even higher expectations for what PGP will allow me to accomplish.

PGP: Outside of being an all-star Franchise Development and Communications Coordinator, what are your hobbies or talents?

KP: I am a self-proclaimed foodie and am always on the lookout for new, local restaurants to try. I also love to cook and try new recipes, but my true passion (although I am not Betty Crocker certified) is baking. It brings me great joy when my family and friends are able to be my official taste testers for my baking experiments. The rest of my spare time is typically filled with working out, reading, and watching whatever Atlanta sport is in season.

If you’re trying to determine whether working with PGP is the right choice for your brand, the hands-on experience and knowledge you will experience with this team is your green light. And you won’t just receive support at the start. PGP and our dependable individuals like Kanan, are with you every step of the way. The chance to create a strong culture and highly recognized and respected brand is within your reach. With PGP, the opportunities to grow, expand, and create a solid foundation are endless.
