Mandy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal compliance, paralegal work, and office management. Serving as our Franchise Compliance and Administration Manager, Mandy serves as a critical link between PGP’s Franchise Sales Team and our partner brands and both their leadership team and legal counsel. 

In this role, Mandy manages the franchise administration process for all PGP partner brands, facilitating the execution of franchise agreements, franchise renewals, and transfers of ownership, while maintaining accuracy in all partner Franchise database systems while adhering to franchise compliance and regulatory requirements. 

Mandy’s career has been marked by diverse roles that have honed her expertise in legal processes, office management, and business operations. Her past positions include five years as a Paralegal and Office Manager for Jo Slama, providing crucial support for legal matters and ensuring the smooth running of office operations. Her three-year tenure as an Office Administrator at Jacobi Kelley, a leading recruiting firm, further developed her organizational and management skills. 

Before entering the legal and administrative fields, Mandy was deeply involved in the promotional and printing business. She owned and operated her own promotional and apparel company for four years, where she managed uniform programs for over 50 restaurants and served a wide range of clients, including Orange County Public Schools, banks, and small businesses across the United States. Her entrepreneurial spirit and ability to single-handedly run a successful business highlight her strong leadership and customer service capabilities. Mandy’s experience across multiple industries, coupled with her dedication to excellence, makes her an invaluable asset in her current role at Pivotal Growth Partners.
