Pivotal Growth Partners purchases entire concept to direct operations and development and grow the brand.

OUR BRAND GROWTH STRATEGY

As an investment and growth platform, PGP acts as a project fund for multiple restaurant concepts. Our system is pliable – it fits comfortably into any investment or time management platform, limiting general and administrative expenses by taking advantage of our extensive development partner network.

Investment

After evaluating the growth potential of an emerging concept within a set target arena, we initiate one of three brand equity investments – Growth Equity, Plurality Ownership or Complete Buyout. We then work side-by-side with brand leaders to identify and amplify operational strengths.

Growth

Acting as a partner to the brands’ founders or executive team, we establish a systemwide growth-focused culture, streamlining operations and sharpening development processes to create parity. Our system emphasizes alignment of operator and brand interests to initiate smart, sustainable expansion.

Exit

Once the brand reaches 50-100 operating units and at least $5M in EBITDA, we’ll initiate a liquidating event, taking advantage of growth multiples and selling the company (in majority ownership) or selling our equity back to the founders at a predetermined buyout (in minority ownership).

EXPAND YOUR INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO

We’re selling 50% of the PGP growth platform to partner investors from each of three constituency groups – growth experts, developers and operators. Each joint venture partner investment will earn a percentage of Pivotal Growth Partners and will fund the growth of our individual, high-potential brands.
